People all over the world and especially women are seeking for a beautiful flawless skin. The answer lies closer to home than expected, namely in your fridge. Yes it is that simple! Of course this is just the inside, I will give tips on the outside later. Nevertheless the inside of your body is also important.
Here I have a recipe of a juice with vegetable and fruit. (for 1 person)
All you need is a juicer and:
2 celery stalks- 2 apples (doesn't really matter which kind of apples you use)
- half inch ginger
The celery is very good for your skin, try this recipe in the morning on an empty stomach.
If you like you can add a half cucumber for freshness, enjoy!
